All in all, it was a good weekend.  Went to the end of the year party on Friday, where I had just enough to drink (enough so that I didn't really remember how I got from Bar #1 to Bar #2, but still made it home safe and woke up without a hangover). Just finished reading No Country for Old Men. I'll say it was good, but not great. Maybe even really good. I do think it complemented the movie very well (or vice versa- I don't know if a book can complement a movie when the book was the basis). I stumbled across the flash version of the game Portal on Sunday, and somehow it's swallowed the last two days of my life. I feel safe in saying that whenever I do get around to getting a 360, the Big Orange Box will be one of my first purchases, right up there with HALO 3 and Guitar Hero.

So I watched No Country For Old Men last night. In case you didn't know, Anton Chigurh is officially the scariest movie character ever. Hannibal Lector wears frilly dresses in comparison. Apparently, if you've had Dr. Z before and then have the stones to take her a second time, you're guaranteed at least an A- on your papers. At least that's all I can figure, because that's what I got for both my Hostage Negotiations and my Violence & Risk Assessment papers.
