While I am not self-aware enough to actively negate my panic-attack negativity and generalized freakouts that have been plauging me since we moved to California, I can still recognize these for what they are and acknowledge them as such, which feels like an accomplishment
You are correct, sir. This is a critical accomplishment in exclusively cognitively managing them. In time, you'll probably notice that it's not so much that you think your way out of them once they've started, but that they happen less and less often.
