I am keeping the article behind the LJ cut below for posterity. It is one of the most disturbing things I've ever read. Before today I never wanted to pack up and move to Israel, but I can honestly say that when I read this article I was very very tempted.

A few months ago a couple of Israeli jet fighters did a pass over Aushwitz to commemorate something, possibly it's liberation. Where were they THAT day??

Incredible that people are still so narrow minded and stupid.
