Finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows today. And I was disappointed. So many questions were left unanswered, and the last chapter -19 years later- made me positively gag. It was like reading bad fanfiction. Anyway, I'm not going to rant in detail because I don't want to wield spoilers. Maybe later. If you've read the book, why don't

I finished it yesterday, too, but like you said -- lots of it was positively dreadful. Especially that 19 years later epilogue, which was very disappointing and gag-worthy. I don't want to say too much about the book, but I also found some of the deaths unnecessary. There were a couple things I liked, and a couple things I felt got really answered, but in all I have to agree with you about this maybe being the worst, or at least second worst, because I think the 6th book was quite dire and awful. It didn't really fufill my expectations, but oh well.

Wow. That has got to be one of the vaguest things I've written. :)
