Guesses on Hunter Pets at Level 1
The change to allowing Hunters to have a pet at level 1 is something I have been saying needed to happen from the beginning. That's the whole reason to play a hunter - for the pet! Heck warlocks get one at level 3! I'm expecting that Blizzard will make anything labeled as a "beast" tamable so there may be more choices to give the races.
So the wife and I were talking about what racial pets each race will get when the game releases (assuming current beasts). It was great talking with her about this since she's not the hardcore WoW player I am. Here are our guesses:
Alliance

I originally thought hunting dog here which spawned the idea for the humans. While I think that'd be cool, I think it'll be something new.
