“You want to go to the zoo?” His question had the desired effect. She rolled her eyes at him, her anxiety subsiding a bit.

^ LOL.

Casey laughed softly. “I don’t know if we can go much slower than eighteen years between kisses,” her murmured before capturing her mouth with his. Her lips were just as soft and sweet as he remembered, and he took his time getting reacquainted with them.

^Awwhhh, that's sweet! Even though you killed Logan and Veronica hardly waited till the sheets were cold. Bitter... no I'm not bitter. hee!

Ok. I should have seen it coming since I had to open my big mouth. But I will say this: I did love seeing this story from Casey's POV and I love how you should us the Casey canon that we didn't get to see. And I guess I should the thankful that you let Logan and Veronica be happy together for at least a little bit. But I'm still sad.

Thanks so much for writing this : ) I feel like such a queen to get fic from you for my birthday. I really enjoy your writing! : )

Hardly waited til the sheets were cold? I made them wait two years - just to get to the kissing!! Seriously. Do you think Logan would've wanted Veronica to become a nun?

Ah well...I guess Casey just can't win with you.

Hmmmmm... you know... now that you brought that up, I don't really know. I mean, Logan is a little selfish but I think he would want Veronica's happiness. That's a good point. I guess it's just hard for me to get past the whole epicness of their relationship ; )

I promise, If I put Casey in one my fics, I'll make sure he's happy and taken care of : )

I'm sure you don't want to acknowledge this (*hee*) but as I was writing the canon pieces it occured to me that Logan was pretty much a jerk to Veronica during the timeframe she spent with Casey. Just think, if the writer's had chosen to go a different direction after Drinking the Kool-Aid (which I totally could have got on board with) we could have been worshiping an entirely different epic couple...

...what? I can dream, can't I? Or maybe I should get started on a little AU fic...

Awww...this was fantastic! I love the journey Casey and Veronica's relationship took; it was so beautiful and fun to follow. Definitely enjoyed this story being from Casey's POV. Everything felt very natural.

Casey's kind of fun to write because the show didn't really give us that much information on him, so I get to make up my own background for him.

I enjoyed reading this story. I thought the progression actually worked really well with canon. If you decide to write anything further abut their future, I'd certainly read it. Nice job.

Thanks! It was kind of a challenge making it work with canon. (I mean I had to rewatch both Casey episodes to get it just right. What a chore. NOT!) Up 'til now I've mostly written future fic.

So I guess a sequel of sorts might not be out of the question someday...

Thanks! The whole thing just kind of came together in my mind, and I finished it within a week, which, let me tell you, is a nice change from my other, never-ending fic! I love Anthology but I'm ready for it to come to happy ending already!
