This is really bad, but I do suggest drinking some caffeine. Whenever I've detoxed myself of caffeine over vacations from school, I find myself sleeping like 12 hours a day myself. But when I start drinking caffeine again, I can get by with 6 hours of sleep a night easy. Like it doesn't only help you keep awake, but it makes you wake up earlier than you would without it. Which... I guess is sort of bad, but when you need to get stuff done.... Also, I drink only tea and not coffee or soda.. So that's healthier at least.
