The FDA has banned queer men from donating their semen to sperm banks on the premises that it will "prevent HIV from being transmitted". If this is truly their reasoning for this ban, you would think they'd also do something a long the lines of banning black women from donating their blood to blood banks, scince they are the largest HIV positive
