Landscaping + Bathwater = ?

Anyone know whether it'd be possible to temporarily re-route the hot water normally allocated to the bathrooms/kitchen to the garden hoses outside the house? I've got some troublesome jungle of random foliage flourishing in a large portion of the backyard and I want to nuke the roots with some scalding hot water in the most efficient way possible.
