The Wheeled Bin Scheme, recently introduced by our fair council, and what a farce it is. They expect you to seperate all household waste from kitchen waste, my first question is what is the difference??? They expect you, if you have too much waste, to buy a new bin or sack from them as they will not pick anything else up.............I want to bomb
