PROFUSE APOLOGIES! Welcome packages were meant to go out on the 1st but we are still down a few email addresses so can the authors please make sure they have indicated where they want information sent to them. A few authors have asked for information to be sent via a PM, and that is perfectly fine, but for those who told us they would PM an email ( Read more... )

You should have received two. A link to the Gdoc and an email from us with links and information. Please let us know if you didn't receive both.
