What's New With Me?
Well for starters, I'm up to 4 miles at the gym now (and not hurting from it). I'm still rocking the elliptical because family history makes me nervous about my knees. When I get new running shoes, I'll probably tackle the track. When I'm not running, I'm biking 7-9 miles. Not every day yet, but every other day. It's so super fantastic working ( Read more... ) -

Beef chow phooie!
Apparently a few months ago I was in a foul mood and shopping Wegmans hungry. Lean cuisines were on sale and I think I was craving a steak. I decided the next best thing would be to try some dark meat lean cuisines like beef tips portabello, and beef chow fun.
