[MOD] Claim post part 2/Temp finished claims post

Since this community is so dead and the claims list is full of claims by dead journals, and lacking supposedly active claims, I'd like all current members to comment with their claims if theyd still like them.

I'd like to redo the claims list but without knowing who still want their claims it's hard.

I'm gonna be redoing the claims lists and completed claims lists once I hear from everyone.
