You could buy your bro a new card and transfer his other game saves to it, and keep the old one?

As far as I know, you can't transfer AC towns to new memory cards.

Uhhhwhat? XD

I mean you can't copy or move towns at all from memory card to memory card, which is what I want to do...a copy. So that I can have the town and delete my brothers from it and they can still have their old memory card with all their guys on it.

But yah, I was asking if there was a way to do it that I didn't know about. If not, my hubby and I will just start over. ^^

If you can't copy it on the screen, no, you can't transfer it probably without a bunch of additional hardware.

If your brother doesn't play his town anymore, you can just ask if you can have it, then buy him a new card and transfer his other things to it.

He does play...or he wants to, that's why he wants his game back.

To tell you the truth, I guess his GameCube broke or something? But I know they're getting a Wii for Christmas and he'll want to play on that. I'm actually not too worried about it for a couple months because they'll be pretty preoccupied with their new Wii games. X)

I guess it'll give us some time to transfer our belongings and start building up to where I am on the old card! I just got my house all paid off and got the statue, too. ): And caught all the fish!

If you buy another memory card, you should just be able to copy the entire card over. That's not working?

There is no way to move or copy the town to another memory card without access to development hardware.

Thanks for posting, I had the same question. After playing for about 4 years on my best friend's, I finally feel I should get my own. It's a little sad that I'll have to start over. :-/
