I've never known about the possibility of networking across the net in Animal Crossing (either with codes or a modem), and I was just wondering: can I send mail to people in other towns? I'm not super knowledgeable about AC for Gamecube but I have played it. You can "trade" items with codes but I don't know about bells. Besides, once you can upgrade your house you are going to want those 240,000 bells and then still need more! If I were you I'd get the house upgraded and save any extra money.

I think the only way to send mail to other people is to visit that persons town and go to their post office. I would take you up on the trading of items, but I haven't played in about a year. :( Save those bells for your house upgrade though. You're going to need them!

Umm I just started replaying animal crossing. How do you go to other peoples towns? I get how to go to ones I make myself but how can I go visit your town and stuff?
