How Can I Remove a Lizard From My Room Alive

This week I discovered a lizard in my room and I need to know how to catch the creature in my room unharmed so I can release the lizard outside.

Have any ideas?

Yeah - take a stick or fishing pole (don't worry, no hooks involved) and then make a noose out of fishing line and tie it to the end. For whatever reason, you can generally just loop the noose right over their heads without them thinking anything of it until they are caught. You can just stick him outside once he is caught.
