I was trying to think of someone else, but... I suppose the closest would be Yukio, who doesn't fit that well since I can't imagine him being described the same way, describing himself the same way, and he's just generally more grouchy, at least towards his brother.
So, Izumo. The Type A tsundere description does fit her very well, but mostly, it's your adjectives. She's intelligent, honest, and more peaceful than many of these characters... and almost all the negatives after spontaneous fit quite well. The first impression you give others fits, and she may be seen the same way by those who know her after she's known them a lot longer. She's more cautious (at least in comparison to the other characters), hides her feelings at the beginning, and while she does act independent, she is ultimately dependent as well, especially considering the reasons you gave coincide with how she reacted when her friend got hurt. She can also be a bit sensitive to what others say at times... She wasn't at first, but later on she does want to change
