I had not seen this anime before so I apologize if it's inaccurate. From descriptions, I would say Ritsuko being a good fit. She seems to be the "forgive & forget" type, and sensitive. Your positive traits fits her well, such as trusting, follower, polite, caring, observant, naive and understanding. I can see her more as a introverted, and she doesn't seem to be the type to enjoy conflict, either!
