I had not seen this series before so I would like to apologize if it's inaccurate... from descriptions, I would say none of the characters really fit you perfectly. But, the closest fit would be Rei Ayanami. I can see her as an INFP, very sensitive, and not show her affection openly to others, as her EVA unit malfunctioned once due to her emotional instability. And the fact that she does get irritated when someone insults people whom she believes that they care for her. Which reminds me of your negative traits, such as Intolerant to stupidity and sensitive. You also mentioned you will give people a cold shoulder which I think is similar to how she is cool and apathetic. I can also see her as calm, and someone who hides her emotions too.
