Wonderful Time
It's been a great two weeks. I was down in the dumps when I was sick for about three weeks prior to the up-cycle upon recovery. Wonder why I'm feeling happier ( Read more... ) -
To Beat the Heat...
And to be eco-friendly, I escaped to the mall.
Good way to spend time for hair treatment, tea and followed by a pedicure.
Sure miss staying with mum. Compass Point is quite self-contained and within walking distance.
Though Telok Blangah is nearer to town, parking is a bitch in town on Sundays.
I heart neighbourhood malls.

Business Partnership
I rejected a partnership proposal to start a tuition centre with M and V.
We are good friends but my gut feelings tell me that it's not the right deal for me after assessing the proposal and intensive discussion.

Success and Hiccups
I'm more consistent in morning devotion and I hope to carry on with this healthy spiritual habit. I humbled myself and dropped the sister-in-law an apology via sms in Jesus' name. Birthday Celebration - 1/2012
Seemed like a British India moment when C and I celebrated my birthday over lunch at the Halia Restaurant.
Totally enjoyed the lunch in the outdoor veranda amongst the lush flora. The food is simply heavenly - fresh ingredients, great use of condiments in sauces and fine pairing of meats and vegetables.

Is is normal?
Is it normal to meet difficult customers/ clients even though one has provided excellent service/ help patiently and fairly? Are some complaints unjustified?
How does one cope with such incidents?
