The sensation your talking about I can describe to the best of my abilities is it really feels like after you pee, all of a sudden you become cold because you've lost a lot of warm fluids retaining heat. That'd probably be, remarkably, one of the best ways to go, bleeding to death. The only thing you'd really feel is becoming cold and then you'd pass out because the lack of blood. It would be relatively painless, besides what caused you to bleed so bad in the first place. :)
