I have an idea. I'll order out to "Pacos", CPL Klinger's infamous hotdog emporium . . . you and the family are invited on July 4 for a cookout :-)

you may be excited to know that there is talk of a West Wing movie. The point in time for the movie is expected to take its cue from an episode of TWW.
You may remember a particular episode which starts with all the usual people getting together to open The Bartlett Library. Bartlett is there waiting with the others for The President, whom we never see but in shadow getting out of the limo.
Cross your fingers that filming starts late 2008 or early 2009.

remember me? long time, no chat. but i came across your lj and can only see the public posts, and this being one of them, i had to respond.
TWW is my all-time favorite show, I've got all of the seasons on DVD. I've been watching some of Season 3 this week, actually!
The episode you're referring to is Season 7, Episode 1 - and I still remember how anxious I was when I thought we were going to see who won the election in the season premiere!!!
I haven't heard anything about a movie, but I'd love to see it. I was thinking about how a movie could work, since the cast would be out in the world living their own private lives...it wouldn't be about TWW at all...unless they focused on Santos in office.
I do have my fingers crossed though! :)
hope all is well down under...
