I feel ill..... I have food poisoining again, I'm sure of it - it feels just like how I did the last time I had it, though worse because my stomach doesn't have anything to throw out. I just threw up some bile just now. I am going to the GP today, methinks.

I don't know - maybe myself, maybe the staff canteen; fish versus custard. I went to the nurse this morning but she was useless. Checked my temp and throat, told me about the vomitting bug that's going aroud and refused to give me a sick note for work because she doesn't think it'll last that long.

1. She never actually diagnosed whether I had salmonella or the norovirus.
2. She had the worst bedside manner

All she said was to sip water every so often or suck ice cubes. I tried - I threw it all up again 10 minutes later. At least it tasted better than bile or last night's noodles.
