Your icon must be Blue in color. No sadness icons. Strictly coloration, my friends. A tiny bit of other color is acceptable but it has to be mostly BLUE. Not half-blue. Blue. Got it? Goodies. I will tell you if it's acceptable or not. ^___ ( Read more... )

As long as the blue is apparent and the center of concentration it should be fine. OVER half of the icon is good. What you are saying sounds like it should be fine but I'd have to see it to make a final judgement. ^_^
