This next battle is...um, interesting? We're not completely sure how this would would play out--so why don't you tell us how you think the following battle would go?
Reika freaked the crap out of me when I first watched RahXephon, because I caught on pretty quickly that she wasn't 'real', at least to anyone but Ayato.
Are we including mechs in this fight, or just freaky children? Because RahXephon vs. an Eva/Angel (not sure in his case) would be pretty epic, but that doesn't seem to be the idea of this one.
Going on the freaky children angle, I'll take Reika, who can change people's memories, and probably make Kaworu think he's her ally.

Neither of them are mecha pilots, so that is a moot point.
But.. according to the wiki's, he's a replacement pilot (and didn't Shinji end up killing him in a mech fight?) and she's the soul of RX. I'm just saying it's a possibility, especially with the "equipment on them at death, if they died in the anime" rule.
Reika has some crazy reality and memory warping abilities, but it's all pretty subtle stuff. Kaworu, if memory serves, has actual attacks. Like, the kind that inflict physical damage. And since I believe he'd be mostly impervious to her phsyc(olog)ic attacks, as she would his, I think this battle is gonna come down more to telekenesis than telepathy. Thus, Kaworu wins.
