Oh man, no contest! Hunny-senpai has mad ill skillz. All Excel really has going for her, if I remember right, is retard strength. You know, the ability to flail mindlessly and hurt people. That and some fairly ridiculous toughness stats. But Hunny-senpai could take her down no sweat. She's not cute enough to distract him. :P

Methinks Hunny would win. Easily, too. Why? Well..... Excel, in all her retarded clumsiness, would either obliterate his bunny or smash his cakes. Or both. And anyone who's seen "Ouran High School Host Club" knows that that is more scary/painful/suicidal than stepping on a landmine. Or trying to stop a horde of middle-aged women from rushing a bargain sale! ^.^
