I've never been to Japan... or stepped foot in Asia for that matter.... so you can tell me all about the awesome things there ^_^
My summer has been another type of hell... a music hell.... ummm... yeah... piano + counterpoint + analysis = A WHOLE WORLD OF PAIN.... but I'm counting down until my life ends (which is my piano exam day) ... ummm... almost 2 weeks to live xD screwed LOL
May be I'll check out some vampire books when I finish my piano stuff... and finally break... but I think I'll just crash and sleep until Uni starts xD Watch "RH Plus" a vampire drama (seeing that you're in the vampire mood. 30 min each episode... so you'll probably finish it in a day LOLz)
Hahaha, nahhh i'm more into reading at the moment. Yep, going to japan ^^ in 6 days now! Ewwww..... piano exam...... hey, what happened to u at choir? How come u weren't the piano player anymore?
Well, let's say I had IB exams in May... so I had asked Placewitz for a break and I told him that I would make it up for him after my exams. And he was like "oh, IB exams ... I understand. Study comes first ^_^" (after all... like half of his choir was IB... if you noticed... a lot of ppl disappeared in May LOL)
But then, the week I started studying for exams my sister told him that I was studying for my exams and he was like "If she wants to be so inconsistent, then that's fine! I have many other talented people who can do this job as well." (or something like that) My sister interpreted it as "Go away!" She was like "Hell Yeah!" and ran away (We've been wanting to quit since the beginning of second semester... but we felt bad for ditching and stayed... but he was really pissing us off! YEESSH! We have a life outside of choir you know! .... ignoring that fact that we never practiced the songs... but they were boring anyways... and all he did was yell at us)
Anyways, I had that the girl that replaced us was pretty good. Was she?
she was good.... but i dunno if it was a matter of cuz she practiced the piece or he plopped her in front of the piano and she was playing it based on sight-reading. If it was just sight-reading, then yeh, she was good... but if she had to practice it... then obviously, she wasn't that good cuz anyone with over 7 years of music experience can play that piece with practice. I think i could've played the piece if i practiced it too... but i didn't wanna be a piano player lmao
