I hate these bands I have to put on my braces. I only have a few more visits before I get the braces off, but the final adjustments are annoying. They're making sure that my teeth mesh together properly, so before bed every night I have to put these bands on the hooks on my braces that are so tight I cant even open my mouth. Aww, that's all sorts of lame. I remember having to wear bands on my braces, and it hurt like hell (mostly because I almost never put them on anyway XD). But it'll be over soon! And having braces off is awesome.

I forget to put them on sometimes too. XD It just annoys me even more now cause I woke up and my teeth hurt! I cant chew again. ;; Guess it's back to eating soup again!

MY TEETH BETTER BE ALL DONE BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY. IF I CANT EAT CAKE I WILL BE VERY ANGRY.

Also when the braces come off, does it feel really weird?

See, I didn't really forget, it was more that I couldn't be bothered. Had to have the braces for an extra six months for that. But I remember being unable to chew. *hugs*

I'M SURE IT WILL BE. CAKE HAS THAT POWER.

It does, but only for a little while. Your teeth kind of feel smaller, I guess, because they don't have extra sitcky-out bits on them. And they feel all flat. But it's not too weird, you get used to it pretty quickly. Do you have to have a retainer?

Yeah, I'll have to wear one for the rest of my life. Though after a while I'll only have to wear it at night.
