As for Saiyuki, i thought you gonna choose Hakkai xD, but if you asking me, my choice will be the same as you. And..Goku is the only one who's not reincarnate rite? I only watch Gensoumaden Saiyuki & Saiyuki Reload, though. Dunno if there's a new season of it.

And Jiraiya is lovely. I'm kinda pitying that he died too soon (for me) but i think the way he ends up are epic.

I love Hakkai dearly I do, I love all the group. And yes Goku is the only one who isn't a reincarnation but he forgets everything about that time.

I've just read the first manga series and am on a brief break from reload because I'm sort of in shock by how much I have to catch up on.

And I have to agree about Jiraiya but it was just too soon.
