Sehun yawns as he flips through the textbook. Studying is not his forte. Studying in the study hall seems worse due to the amount of distractions. But it is relieving in a way. He'd rather stare at people than at books.
Next to him Baekhyun takes his calculator out. Sehun raises an eyebrow because why would you need a calculator for English. He looks over to see that the other boy has progressed onto Math. He's actually being productive. He groans even more and flops his head onto the table.
When he looks up, he catches sight of the person sitting two tables away. He sits up properly and then angles his body in a way to catch a better look over Kyungsoo's head on the other table. She looks up from her book for a moment.
She's pretty
As the possibility of being caught dawns on him, he assumes a stoic face and buries his head in his textbook which is upside down. He steals a glance and sees her counting on her fingers. She's probably doing math too.
The habit's cute
"You're done with English?" Baekhyun asks when he sees Sehun pull out his math book. "Uh yeah... sure" he answers mindlessly. "If it is distracting you then we can always shift to the library" Baekhyun suggests. "No!" he yells a little too loudly. Everyone turns to look at him and he bows his head.
Did she turn to look too?
He steals another glance and finds her lookimg into her book and smiling. He pales. She totally saw it. So much for a cool first impression. He has ruined all his chances. He was totally not looking for any though, mind you.
A chance would be nice though
Sehun whines and collapses on his chair. He nudges Baekhyun. "Let's go to the library" he decides. Baekhyun raises an eyebrow. "There are only ten minutes left. You might as well stay" Barkhyun tells him. "Never mind then" Sehun relents.
He stays back but keeps shifting in his seat. After two minutes Baekhyun kicks him off the table. Sehun gives him a hurt puppy look but decides to leave study hall. Maybe a walk will help him get rid of the sudden anxiety he has developed. Alas fate is not on his side and he ends up bumping into the girl from before.
You're cute. I'd like to date you.
"Sorry" he apologizes instead. "Me too" she adds on shyly. He moves out of the way and let's her go first. She smiles and he goes a little weak in his knees. He watches her leave before proceeding to bang his head on the nearest wall. So smooth, Mr. Oh, so smooth.
