I'm aiming for around New Year's...with a fall-back time of June-ish.

I was really hoping for a cheap ticket (or free), but it looks like I'll just have to save my pennies.

Speaking of Japan...how many days a week do you get off? Because I'd really like to hang out with you when I come to visit! :)

i think it depends on your shift..but no vacations for the first 6mo. You are working for Nova, right? Check with Zuni.. she'd know more. I've heard of ppl who swap shifts (technically not legal but ppl do it all the time) and take 2 weeks off every 6 weeks or something like that.

I didn't end up working for Nova, so I still live in the USA. I was just hoping to come for a visit around New Year's, but it looks like plane tickets are just too expensive.

I wish I could help, but I don't think I've ever flown on that airline. I hope you're able to find the miles you need. *crosses fingers & sends good luck vibes*

Yeah, it probably won't happen. Which means that I'll be shelling out $800+ for a ticket to Tokyo. *sigh*
