It's not that they don't want to do it, but the expense is more than they can afford at the moment. Why pay for it yourself if a TV show will do it for you?

what are they gold plating their shrubs? fixing your yard up doesnt take much money, just a bunch of hard work. but why do something for yourself when you can just complain until tv does it for you?
