I'm really not in the mood to depress myself by spending all my waking hours applying for jobs I'm not going to get.  So I dug through my closet and pulled out my partially finished latch-hook rug!  Latch hook rugs use small pieces of yarn and a woven grid.  You knot the yard to the grid to make a rug, using a special hook ( Read more... )

If you think about it as 7,209 knots, it could feel very overwhelming. Pace yourself and do 2 rows everyday, then you'll finished the rug in about 40 days. Or do 3 rows a day and get it done in less than a month (27 days)! That will be just before September hits, meeting your Summer deadline :D

OOooh Latch hooks! I LOOOVED working on those! I think I still have my hook somewhere in my art supply tackle box!
