tbh i was so so worried while i was writing this fic. it's my first time participating in a fest or exchange of any sort, and i was really scared the prompter wasn't going to like it. i was super excited to write it (bc harvest moon!!!!! :D) but then i started and i practically worried myself to death lol. what if they don't like the side pairings?? what if they don't like the characterizations?? etc etc.

so when i saw your livetweets, i PRETTY MUCH bawled with happiness. i legit went to my beta like "BLESS THIS PERSON A THOUSAND TIMES!!"

i'm a bit sad you've never played this version because there are a TON of little references (from the way i paired up the characters to why kyungsoo is so rude to luhan's hatred for jongin to pRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING) but you're right, it did make it so you couldn't guess what would happen next! :P

This fic was so lovely!! I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the original source material, but I enjoyed it so much! Farmer Joon and Jongdae, this was such a perfect AU for them. I loved Joonmyun's balance between determination and wanting to just give up, and the angst that Jongdae brought to this match- ugh. my heart. I almost cried when the pineapples weren't the kinds that made tons of money, poor baby!
Loved the side ships. Especially Xiuhan hehe.

i enjoyed writing Utter Asshole Jongdae so much IT WAS TOO FUN but poor Joonmyun yes xD his descent into farming madness was a joy to write lmao.

HOHOHO ALL THE UST. poor joon was just so into jongdae heheheh.
omg don't trust too much of the farming information in here lol i had to change stuff to fit in with the gaming format. vegetables take MUCH longer than that to grow lol. but some of it was valid! (i live on a little farm, in a big farming community, so this prompt was perfect for me :P)
