*on knees pawing screen* omg, SmoAce!! There is more right???? Ugh. This is utterly delightful! I am totally loving the characterization and the attitude! And your descriptions are lovely!

That smex scene was one of the best ones I've read in a while!!

Definitely sitting on the edge of my seat wanting more now!

Uhm, wow, thank you for the praise! Especially from another SmoAce writer. And I lost my porn-writing virginity to this as well. XD

This is the first piece of four. I'll be editing the second momentarily, and sex seems to want to happen in all of them, so you're in luck. ;3

This is FANTASTIC! I love how Ace "blackmailed" Smoker into helping and then his crew decided of their own free will to assist as well (can't blame 'em though, no one wants that war :-). And of course the Smoker/Ace hotness is wonderful. I'm really looking forward to the next 3 parts!

In all honesty, Smoker would probably have eventually agreed to help without the implied blackmail, but Ace was getting antsy with his little bro in Blackbeard's hands.

Ah dear, Smoker makes an excellent moral compass, but Ace seems to be getting darker the more I write him...

So glad to hear there's more of this in the works! :D
I love SmoAce, but more than that; I really liked the idea of Luffy being the one in immediate danger and the fact that your explanation of the situation at hand makes sense to the last detail. This could definitely have happened in the real storyline! *grins*

Thanks for sharing! I'll be waiting for chap 2 :3

Despite the slash and the porn and Ace's developing... issues... the whole idea literally started from that small swap: what if Blackbeard had taken Luffy instead of Ace? I then worried myself half to death planning the plot devices to be sure they were sensible and then the rest just sort of wrote itself in there. ;p

holy shit, I think I love you. That hook line was just so intriguing, and I'm glad to see it paid off.

Definitely looking for more here.
