You're right, the writing in istelf isn't bad, but this is such a flaming rip-off of the first book! Me'sa thinks that Dakota be a Marco rip-off. Since the 1st book killed off the Andalite prince, I say this story ought to kill off Dakota a better non rip-off Marco clone can take place instead.

Just for the sake FFN and all humanity. And the Animorph crew's insanity.

I also think that the person made Dakota be a Marco rip-off so that would be an excuse for him to get along well with Marco when they meet the Animorphs. But in all honesty, Marco's sharp and frosty sarcastic humor makes him prone to almost immedeately not get alon with any of the other characters in the book except Jake. (And quite frankly, I don't even understand how they manage to be BBFs, either.)
