You should know I have speaking with Lord Godo. It is a process of smoothing tensions in Wutai; essential if we are to continue, and I will be here for at least another day. I need not remind you such that much of the events in recent times began in the location of Dai Cho. Not to mention the nation has regained much of its strength... and its pride.
Unsurprisingly your name remains reviled and still yet there has been no reference, for now, to the progenitor of the Shinra Corporation. Speaking of which, Lel Shinra has not responded to my message. You evidently have access to his location, should you feel fit to share it?
Additionally, there has been word of Sephiroth. Or at least an account of a silver-haired man flying on a single black wing. And... whilst silver hair was quite fashionable a few years ago, I can only presume it is he. He was moving over the south western continent and is either headed the way of Wutai... or elsewhere. As you are in Gongaga, perhaps this is something more easily confirmed or denied by the Turks?

I have asked the authority in Wutai to inform the regional authorities in Wutai whom oversee the refuge camps to begin recording more specific data upon those returning from the lifestream. Similar monitoring has already been put in place in Edge also.
This is beneficial to WRO priorities... of course.
