Facebook Notes + Four Hours of free time and stupid LJ cuts that don't work right

So I started going through some old FB notes and realized I have missed out on so many 'fill in the blank/answer the question' surveys!

Gah. Now I have to catch up.

You know the drill...copy and paste and finish the sentence

Great meme. I love how vague these things are. Most of your answers, I never even considered, 'cause my brain works differently. O_o

One thing I found out the hard way: if you write your blog entries in "Rich Text" instead of the HTML screen, the LJ cuts won't work right. You can switch over to HTML before you post the entry and manually change the tags.

[lj-cut text="Stuff you want the cut link to say"]
Stuff that will be hidden under the link.
[/lj-cut]
Stuff that will not be hidden under the link.

Except the [ ] are really < >, of course. And if you leave the [/lj-cut] off entirelly, Livejournal just assumes you want the whole rest of the entry hidden behind the cut.
