You made me read a non-Snarry plot! I figured since it was Bill/Harry I'd totally ignore everyone's comments on how good the story was and just read the smut, but I hit that intense exchange (post-sex, post-bathroom) and had to go all the way back to the beginning and read the whole damn thing. Sigh.

My favorite line: I meant to hurt you and I wish I hadn't. It's hard for me to believe, but I don't think I've read/heard this apology before. The honesty kills me; how often do we apologize for our actions, while baldly lying about our intentions? I loved these short, dense lines throughout the story. Again, this isn't a pairing I read and I'm really not that interested in the interaction between the characters, but the sparing dialogue enhanced my interaction with the characters, drawing me in to think about what they're feeling and why. Stories are often most engaging when they're least explicit, and that's definitely the case here ( ... )

Oh, my god, this is amazing.

Like. GUHHH. So well written, such great sex, such emotion! Seriously, one of the best smutmas fics I read, and one of the best in general I've read in a while.

oh my god. this was incredible. i need more! the ending was so sad. i mean, the part with bill was so emotional and so honest, and the ending is hopeful i know, but also so sad. this was beautiful.
and hot. oh my god soo soo hot. how i have not read your stuff before? or if i have, i missed some...you are fabulous.
