Reason 539 for me to strongly suspect that my son doesn't listen to a single word his father or I say.

So the kidlet comes into my bedroom this morning. I'm watching Extreme Home Makeover blearily and debating on going back to sleep and he sits on the foot of my bed, his eyes immediately glued to the television. He doesn't actually like the show ( Read more... )

Yeah, I do love not having neighbors and such, but the bugs do get bad here in the summer. Not so much spiders, though we have them, but the grasshoppers are awful and the mosquitoes, sheesh.

He's going to be 12 this year. I expected the teen years to be further off, but I think he's hitting them early. :P
