Considering your consistent work history, I don't see how you would get rejected.

Well, it'll be about a week before we know if our application has been successful, but as the landlord is still redecorating the place, and it needs its windows replaced with double glazing, 12th August gives them time to get the place ready, and for us to sort ourselves out too.
