I have to agree with you, everything in this God given world of ours is precious, even the smallest most insignificant one cell amoeba. We all vibrate off each other to make a harmonious world!! :)
thanks, I haven't actually finished. I had the idea to talk about my view of spirituality and the lyrics and picture popped into my head but the rest is still an idea. You may change your opinion when I can gather the thoughts and feelings into words and sentences! or not.
HI Anissa... you manage to make the essential meaning of what we have been discussing into something deeply personal. Fantastic. What is literary study if it can't provide us with something that nurtures our inner life. The image you use also associates in my mind with Blake's sun... and his response to the Golden Guinea... Great work MG
Thanks Michael. I have felt really inspired by Blake. His views have really mirrored the ones I have come to develop over the years. The image of the golden orb really managed to fit the image I had in my head of what I would call 'eternity'. I have another image that I will use in a post I am working on that really sprung to mind when I saw Blake's Golden Guinea, but yes, the sun/golden orb is an important image in blake's work so it comes up a lot when I am trying to find pictures to fit the atmosphere I am trying to create.
On a different yet similar note, I'm glad to see some familiar names in the Clemente program this semester so I'll be popping in to say hi to them and the new students soon.
