So, my principal is in trouble. Over the summer the Asst. Principal went into labor and the school secretary drove her to the hospital of her choice. Now my principal is in trouble with the superintendent. If she called an ambulance they would take the pregnant lady to the closest hospital. So, my principal needs to come up with a plan for the

Full-Term Labor is not considered a medical emergency. An ambulance did not need to be called...so your principal should not be in trouble.
