Movies, and Good and Evil
What would your life be, if it were a movie? Comedy, horror, drama sci-fi? And who would play you?
I'd like to think my life would be one of those quest for justice stories like To Kill A Mockingbird where the hero insists that the system work in spite of the people running it, or at least a great adventure like the Indiana Jones movies. The truth, though, is probably more like South Park.
I was going to say Whoopi Goldberg would play me, but then my boys rented that movie with the dinosaur. She's magnificent, but she doesn't make all that good a cop *g*. Lynn Thigpen is dead, God help us. I don't know who'd play me.
What is good and what is evil?
This one is none of my business. I enforce the law, to the best of my ability. Good and evil is for the people who draft it, at least until election day.
