You're trying to join 1024x768_help. By all intents it's a closed community for the designers at 1024x768. I see that you are not a member there however. Was there something you needed?

Yes. I was wondering how I could take the navitation/icon box off the top of the page [above my entries] so that I could move the links to somewhere else [e.g. the "sidebar table"] and hoped that I'd find help in your community..

Actually we don't provide html/css help. I'm sorry. We strictly do layouts and that's pretty much it. You might try layouts or layout_help. Good luck!
