Out of the US airlines, the only ones I actively like that I've tried are Continental and US Air. Why? I need a seat belt extension and they have NEVER made me feel like I'm scum. All I need is about 2 inches, give or take, to connect it because the way the seat belts are positioned ( ... )

I was wondering if you'd seen that. And I'm not particularly interested in how United is suddenly all contrite and wanting to talk to her about her "experience." If it had been ONE person, yes, that could be an issue, but she got nothing but grief from start to finish in two different cities and that tells ME the problem is too widespread to be a simple case of oops ( ... )
