NO COOK MARSHMALLOW FROSTING

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and salt to soft peaks. Add the sugar a tablespoon at a time, beating constantly. Continue beating and add syrup. Fold in vanilla.

swordfish steaks with crimini mushroom sauce mixed with orzo. the steaks were coated in teriaki sauce and then broiled on both sides. a little fishy but extrememly satisfying the next day after the sauce had infused. perhaps marinate next time. and the crimini mushrooms were good as always.

woo im done. it feels kind of weird, like i dont know what to do now, because the past few months all my free time was plauged with a tiny (or sometimes huge) bad feeling that i should probably be studying instead of enjoying myself. this is especially true for this past week, where i studied a lot, more than i ever have in a short time period. I just took my second final and I have to say that I probably failed it. I'm not one to say that I "failed" it, when I really mean that I probably got a low B or C.
