Thanks for sharing. I'm so jealous that you got to see them live - of course, even if I'd gotten into the Libs before 2005, I still wouldn't have been able to see them, living in Texas.

have they never played in the US? i thought they had.

They did play in the U.S., but not Texas. I think the first time they just played some East Coast dates, and on the tour without Peter the closest they came to Texas was Denver, which is 885 miles away.

Wow, I didn't know they had such an impact on the music scene--I mean, in various articles people kept saying that they did, but a lot of them usually just use a dismissive one-liner to sum it all up. Thanks for writing this.
