'ello whoever is reading this
-a lot of
Sophie and
Tom, which has cheered me right up. these people are the ultimate antidote to chronic depression.
-a lot of buying on the
net. when you spend 7 hours a day in front of a computer, 5 days a week, your mind kind of starts behaving like this.
-a lot of
singing. when you've had a throat infection for 2 months, you feel liberated when it's gone.
-a lot of ringing and faxing the
bank to sort out stuff that they keep forgetting to. bloody capitalists.
-a lot of looking up
job offers. i'll be officially unemployed on the 31st of March. this is what happens when you work for a huge company that keeps contracting out services. bloody capitalists. weirdly enough i don't feel panicked or anything. i was starting to get tired of here anyway.
-a lot of
BabyShambles. i never tought of myself as a big fan, but recently, say in the last few months, i've noticed a change in their act and it appeals to me. i think it's seeing Peetah fairly clean that does it to me. it warms my heart.
-a lot of
Charlatans. i've played them a lot in the build-up to their gig on the 12th, and it's gone so well i can't stop listening to them now.
Tim Burgess is a geezer.
-a lot of trying hard not to think about the forthcoming
Dirty Pretty Things gig in
Paris next week. or else i'll just die with anticipation and excitement.
see you around!
