I usually get my frames from Marshall's or Ross. There are a couple of locations(so more to choose from) in your area and they have a variety and most of them are around $4.99. However, if that's a bit too much you might also want to try the dollar store. Most have a lot of frames in an assortment of sizes and colors. Mind you they aren't as nice as the ones at Marshall's, but they aren't that bad and you can't beat the price.
